Terms of Sale
1. Seller and product
These terms apply to the ConnectorVault Kit sold by Devvizion as a one-time digital download of n8n workflow templates and documentation. The product is self-hosted patterns you adapt and run yourself; it is not a managed integration service, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of uptime or revenue outcomes.
2. Licence
You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the kit files within your own business or organisation. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the kit (or substantially similar copies) as a competing product.
3. No secrets in the download
The kit does not include live API keys, passwords, or third-party personal data. Configuration values in the workflows are placeholders. You must supply your own credentials in n8n and comply with the terms of any APIs you connect.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for testing, security, and lawful use of the templates. When your workflows process personal data (for example stock reports, webhook payloads, or logs), you are the data controller for that processing and must meet applicable law, including UK GDPR and PECR where relevant.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the kit to circumvent security controls you are not authorised to bypass, to process data without a lawful basis, or for fraud or harassment. We may refuse further support if you misuse the product.
6. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, access is provided electronically (for example by email with a secure download link). Keep delivery links private; do not share them publicly.
7. Refunds
Digital content is supplied immediately. Refunds are limited. If workflow JSON will not import on a supported current n8n release, contact support@devvizion.com within 7 days with your n8n version and error details — we will help fix the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.
8. Support
v1 includes reasonable email support for installation questions (see product page for scope). We do not operate your workflows or guarantee compatibility with every third-party API change.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devvizion is not liable for lost profits, stock discrepancies, duplicate webhook processing, or other damages arising from your configuration or operation of the templates. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
