This policy describes how Devvizion (“we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with the ConnectorVault marketing site and the one-time digital download of integration templates.
What we sell
ConnectorVault is a digital kit: importable n8n workflow templates, setup guides, and documentation. The files contain placeholders only — no real API keys, passwords, customer lists, or third-party personal data.
Data we process as seller
- Orders: when checkout is live, payment is handled by our payment provider. We receive order details needed to deliver the kit (for example name, email, and payment status).
- Support: if you email support@devvizion.com, we process your message and any technical details you choose to share so we can help with installation.
- Site hosting: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
When you run the workflows
After you import the templates into your n8n environment, you configure credentials, call third-party APIs, and may log operational data. For that processing, you are the data controller (or your organisation is). We do not host your n8n instance, receive your credentials, or see the data your workflows process unless you voluntarily send it to us for support.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not run your integrations or monitoring on your behalf.
- We do not embed live download tokens or secrets in public web pages.
Retention
Order and support records are retained as long as reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support, then deleted or anonymised where practical.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to complain to the ICO. Contact us first and we will try to resolve your request.
